The link between coffee and Venice goes back centuries to the time when this city had the greatest establishment for custom-made coffee in Italy. Nowadays, this strong link remains evident in numerous historical coffee establishments. Espresso is obtained, by definition and tradition, through the creation of an expert blend of coffees of different origins.
