Ferrari Barolo-Barbaresco-Roero – Piedmont
Your regional manager brings the Ferrari to your hotel, meets with you, looks over the trip of your choice, shows you the “do’s and don’ts“ of a Ferrari, and lets you get a feel for the handling in order to make sure you're ready for your adventure. The choice is yours: one or three days of Ferrari - anything is possible with our customized programmes!
The details of your tour are made available in an elaborated roadbook with pictures, landmarks, roadmaps, etc. Alternatively, you can chose to be guided by a gps-system without extra charge (if available).
Ferrari tour: Barolo (64 km)
Alba - Grinzane Cavour - Serralunga - Monforte - Barolo - La Morra
Ferrari tour: Barbaresco (60 km)
Alba - Neive - Barbaresco - mango - Trezzo Tinella - S.Rocco Seno d’Elvio
The Barbaresco route takes you by an enoteca (a local wine shop) lodged in a chapel where you can savour the characterful wine Barbaresco. You then continue on to the ‘comune’ Neive where you will find the most beautiful "Slow Food" shop, on the terrace of which you can enjoy the local specialities to the fullest. And the journey doesn't end there. It takes you past many more enticing and exciting locations. The Barbaresco is made entirely from Nebbiolo grapes and is produced in a small, rural area east of Alba city, in the municipality San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, and in the villages Barbaresco, Neive and Treiso.
You will among other things enjoy a tasting of the local speciality Tajarin pasta in a delicacy store where a local family will demonstrate how it is made. You will also taste Gaja wines during a lunch set in the beautiful, panoramic scenery of La Ciau del Tornavento.
If you can’t get enough of the feeling of driving a Ferrari, this 60 km tour can be supplemented by a part of the Roero tour, making it 90 km long.
The emphasis during these tours lies entirely on exploration, because, let's be honest, you want to make optimum use of the power of your Ferrari 458 Italia F1 or Ferrari California F2!
